The "Postpaid" payment requires signing a contract for an indefinite period, without notice and without any fees in the event of resignation. An invoice in this mode is issued once a month, and your rate depends on the number of verifications sent in a given billing period.
NO. By registering an account in the "Eurodebt.eu" application, a so-called "administrator" is created for a given company. On such an account, the owner or another person managing the account can create accounts for all employees without any limit. However, there are some restrictions, and e.g. payments for verification or registration of new users are possible only from the "administrator" account.
The maximum waiting time for a business information report is 30 minutes. However, we try to make the verifications last as short as possible, often it is even a few seconds.
As of today, the assurance of receipt of the company verification report is maintained from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 18:00. We know that transactions with customers are also made after hours and we try to make the verification service available as much as possible. Therefore, it is also possible to make inquiries about company verifications 7 days a week, from 18:00 pm to 7:00 am, but we do not guarantee a response during these hours.
