INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA ON THE EURODEBT.EU WEBSITE PLACED ON THE LINKEDIN SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM
On the basis of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "RODO”), we inform you that:
- The administrator of your personal data obtained and processed in connection with the operation of the EURODEBT.EU website on LinkedIn, available at: https://pl.linkedin.com/company/eurodebt-eu is EURODEBT.EU a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Pl. Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court of Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 0000859424th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 6182186461, NIP: 387015071, REGON: 5, with the share capital of PLN 000,00, (hereinafter referred to as "EURODEBT"). - Eurodebt has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted by email: inspektor@eurodebt.eu . You can contact the Data Protection Officer on all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing.
- The joint controller of your personal data is the provider of the LinkedIn platform – for users from the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland – LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plazam Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland; and for other users: LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA. - When you visit our website, the joint controllers collect user data via cookies. Eurodebt does not have information about what user data is being collected. Eurodebt also does not gain full access to the collected user data. Eurodebt can only gain access to public profile information. Furthermore, Eurodebt has no influence on how the joint controllers process personal data (including during general interaction with LinkedIn pages).
- As part of our site, we have access to the following personal information that is visible when you choose to follow our site and/or interact with its content:
- If you send us a message, we have access to your profile and the data contained therein, as well as the content and date and time of sending of that message;
- If you comment on a post on our site, we have access to your profile, as well as the content and date and time of your comment;
- If a user interacts with the content of our site (adds a reaction, shares), we may display their profile and reaction;
- If you visit our site or post or advertisement, we have access to your profile as well as the date and time of your visit;
- If a user follows our page, we have access to their profile;
- If a user searches for our site, we have access to their profile;
- if you participate in advertising campaigns organized by us (e.g. such as competitions), we have access to the data you provide that is necessary to participate in them. The above-mentioned personal data are processed in our legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f RODO, to manage user interaction when you voluntarily use our site or send us a private message on LinkedIn. This data is stored for the duration of our site's existence. You can unfollow our site at any time.
If you post photos or other comments/posts that contain personal information about other people (profile name, photo, etc.), please make sure that they are informed in advance. If the photos or comments/posts you post concern minors, we will assume that you are acting as the minor's legal representative (parent, guardian, etc.) or that you have obtained the prior consent of the minor's legal representative (if you are not the legal representative). - Personal data that may be collected and processed by the joint controllers for the above personalisation purposes are determined by LinkedIn without our participation and may be processed:
- a) through advertising technologies using pixels, advertising tags, cookies and other device identifiers;
- b) through data provided by you (e.g. profile, contact information, position, industry);
- c) by collecting information based on your use of LinkedIn (e.g. search history, news feed, people and contacts you follow, content feed, posts you read);
- d) on the basis of the personal data provided by advertising partners, service providers and publishers,
- e) through information provided by you and its inferences – e.g.: identifying industry, seniority and salary range based on the position in your profile; determining age based on graduation date, determining gender based on first names or pronouns used, determining interests based on activity in the newsfeed or recognizing you as a Member based on device data and other data, in accordance with LinkedIn's policy. This data is collected and processed by LinkedIn, but we only have access to those categories that have already been determined by LinkedIn. This personal data may be processed for our legitimate interests in order to promote our business.
This data is stored for the duration of our website's existence. - We reserve the right to remove any comments from our LinkedIn page:
- a) is unlawful or incites unlawful activity;
- b) defamatory, vulgar, racist or xenophobic;
- c) constitutes copyright infringement;
- d) inciting discrimination on the basis of race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age or sexual orientation;
- e) inconsistent with LinkedIn policies.
- We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience when using our LinkedIn page and expect users of this page to refrain from posting unauthorized commercial advertisements in comments or private messages to us or to users of our page; sending viruses or other malicious code in comments or private messages to us or to users of our page; collecting content or information about users by automated means; or otherwise accessing our LinkedIn page through automated means (such as data harvesting bots, spiders, or scrapers) without our consent.
- Users' personal data is made available only in the cases described below. We will take appropriate measures to ensure that personal data is processed, secured and transferred in accordance with legal requirements.

Users' personal data will also be disclosed to third parties:
- a) if you request or consent to it;
- b) persons who can demonstrate that they are legally authorized to act on your behalf;
- c) in the event of a transfer of our site to LinkedIn, which may be in our legitimate interest to expand or develop our business, e.g.:
- (i) in the event of a transfer of ownership of the business associated with the page you are following, the buyer will take over the page and your personal data;
- (ii) if the Operator (or a substantial portion of its assets) is acquired by a third party, in which case our LinkedIn page will be one of the transferred assets;

The user has the following rights:
- a) Access right: You may request information about the personal data we hold about you, including the categories of data we hold or control, what it is used for, the source from which we collected it if we obtained it indirectly, and to whom it is disclosed, if at all.
- b) Right to rectification: You have the right to rectify your personal data that we process.
- c) Right to restrict processing: You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data if:
- you contest the accuracy of your personal data, for the period we need to verify its accuracy,
- the processing is unlawful, but instead of deleting your personal data, you request the restriction of their use instead,
- we no longer need your personal data, but you request it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or
- you object to the processing and we check whether our legitimate grounds are sufficient.
- d) The right to delete data: You have the right to delete the personal data we process if:
- personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other basis for processing;
- the data subject objects to the processing for reasons related to their particular situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;
- personal data was processed unlawfully;
- personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the data controller.
